The ol’ 74 is mostly stock from the factory thanks to the little old lady that garaged it for 20 some years. He can take one of my vents, and cast a mold, and make a few of these vents. He charges 45+ cost of materials to make the mold, and then however he charges for the vents. I'd expect a vent to cost 30-50 each.

My vents have a couple of scratches, but nothing significant, but they will have some minor...

So the first thing isn't even that it won't latch because the hook is so far forward you don't even hit it. But what you do hit is the rubber standoffs. I didn't try this but it's possible you could just remove or try to get them as low as possible...

Bought some fender mirrors off ebay that are period correct replicas of what came on these trucks in Japan. Quality looks good enough to me!

Any body have tips for installation?
