This write up will consist of how to swap out your basic non-SR5 gauge cluster for the better equipped SR5 Gauge cluster. Difference between the two clusters will be the addition of a voltage, oil pressure, and of course the tachometer to your cluster.

You will need the following in order to complete this swap.

- 1 oil pressure switch from any auto parts store. specifically, the "gauge" type.
- 1 spade connector
- wire splicers/crimpers
- ~16 gauge wire of your choice color.

Hello group, I'm new and also new to Toyotas, so please forgive me with dumb questions.
I'm refreshing a gauge cluster on my 1988 Toyota. I bought some Led T5 from Amazon. Only one turn signal works, and the other one makes a noise like it's flashing real fast, but no light working.. and NONE of the other lights work at all...
Did I get the right lamps? Or are these just cheap Chinese lamps that don't work or do I need to add a resistor or something?
Any help appreciated... TIA

Hey folks ... Searched the sight for info on t-belt light reset for an 81 diesel pickup and came up empty. Looks like the light triggers on the 50,000s on the odometer. I just rounded 250,000 and the light came on. Just did the belt 5k ago. One YouTube says to hold in the trip meter and flip the key. Another says it involves pulling the instrument panel. No trip meter on this truck. Any wisdom out there?

Not sure were to post this question. I have a 2005 tacoma 4 wheel drive with a 6 cyl. I had a animal (chipmunk?) make a nest in the heater fan an in the vent system. There was dry leave pieces around the blower resistor an the leaves caught fire. Was able to put it out. I can't see a hole were it would have gotten in. The vent under the hood by the windshield doesn't have any holes. Were would you look. Also the windows have been keep closed. Thank you!
