Hi, I have a 1973 hilux with the stock 18r engine. I don't daily drive it, but the last time I went to take it out the charging light came on. I have since tried a new alternator and a very clean, used regulator. But it seems like the voltage when running is still at 11. Are there any tests I can do to narrow down this gremlin? It's as if the alternator won't turn on, which was why I thought it was the regulator. but now I'm stumped. Any help, ideas would greatly be appreciated, thank you!

I hope this is not the case............Thoughts?

I swapped in another bulb to confirm that the bulb is ok.
I also assume if the relay is bad neither side would work? is this incorrect
