      <content:encoded><![CDATA[so when its cold, the speedo would randomly jump allover the place. i&#039;d be going 5-10 mph but it&#039;ll jump wildly. when its warm, it would do it still, but not as much. what should I investigate first?<br />

I know its cable driven. i&#039;m not sure if its the cluster that&#039;s having issues or the cable. I also noticed when its pegged past 120, the whole needle kinda moves in a circle.<br />

I did remove the cluster to change the bulbs to LED when I first got it, but it didn&#039;t have an issue till about the 6th...<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[So winter work continues, changing out the headliner to match what I did at rear panel &amp; at door panels<br />
Instead of doing the work over head like I did the first time , I pulled the old material &amp; foam off the hard board, cleaned off &amp; made  yhe new headliner on a work table than will glue up &amp; wrap the edges as needed. Will get photo&#039;s up once installed &amp; the glass is back in.<br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[SO I notice the light in my speedo was out, so I had to pull the cluster to check. My cluster is all custom with AutoMeter Phantom gauges &amp; I used LED&#039;S in red which I never thought were bright enough.<br />
30-40 lumins . So I found some brighter red ones at Supper Bright LED&#039;S, 96 lumins,these are T-3 1/4 bulbs,should have them by tomorrow.<br />
At the same time I added another resister on my fan controll indictor light which is a small LED &amp; has been back bleeding,hope this...<br />

Wondering if I need to swap it wholesale with the steering shaft or piece it together with my stock one ? Is it a direct swap ? came out of an 86 SR5 going in a 88 DLX. Also, I need the col plastic for a tilt. Are they hard to find ? Any other tips appreciated.<br />

  I just started having a problem with my 1988 not starting all the time.  I put the key in the ignition and sometimes it starts and sometimes I have to try it a few times before it will.  I got the truck started and went to an auto parts store to get the system checked.  The battery was new and it tested good, tried to test the starter and the solenoid wouldn&#039;t even clicking, so they said the starter was bad.  Well I got a new starter, installed it and still the problem exist!...<br />

How do i get the e brake light to turn off? I pull the handle twist and push into the dash to dis engage brake but the light never turns off?       <content:encoded><![CDATA[So I&#039;ve had my DDM Tuning HID head lights in for 7 years , after power washing the engine bay last week in readying for a show , I lost both head lights.<br />
So after some trouble  shooting has to be a bad relay that is part of the system, I had bought two kits so as to have extra parts ,been on my parts shelve for the last 7 years , thought was to change out the relay, wrong both kits have one connector that is dfferant!<br />
 So changed out all, one light not working &amp; problem with high beam!...<br />
