I know its cable driven. i'm not sure if its the cluster that's having issues or the cable. I also noticed when its pegged past 120, the whole needle kinda moves in a circle.

I did remove the cluster to change the bulbs to LED when I first got it, but it didn't have an issue till about the 6th...

I would like to put a Nardi wood grain wheel in my 86, but I can't seem to find the proper adapter. I believe the bolt pattern is the same as a 6 bolt sparco hub. I just started having a problem with my 1988 not starting all the time. I put the key in the ignition and sometimes it starts and sometimes I have to try it a few times before it will. I got the truck started and went to an auto parts store to get the system checked. The battery was new and it tested good, tried to test the starter and the solenoid wouldn't even clicking, so they said the starter was bad. Well I got a new starter, installed it and still the problem exist!...
