NOW, I have a rebuilt carb, new egr valve, all emissions are correctly hooked up (done this 20+million times now), idles/runs good but does what it does in the video.

I should of taken a video of it above 2300 rpm, but i wasn't thinking... it runs like crap, missing and **** like a big vacuum leak opens up somewhere.

I cut a piece of 1'x1' & welded caps & both ends than drilled 4 holes & plug welded the piece behind the lower part of the roll pan to give more strength. I will seam seal the piece completly in from the rear

I currently own a 1988 Toyota Pickup Reg Cab. The previous owner had converted the trans from 4 speed to 5 speed "just in case that might contribute to the issue". The truck was also lowered by the previous owner using 3" non tapered blocks in the rear, pulled one leaf, and torsion'd down the fronts.
