So, if you don't know. I have a 3" drop in the back and 19" rims

I'm adding another middle leaf that I bought from Phatmitzu.

Do I need to cut off the metal hooks or not?

I'm thinking of putting under the middle leaf I all ready have on and just placing the hooks over what's already there.

Sequence: top to bottom
- top leaf
- mid leaf
- new mid leaf
- bottom leaf that doesn't really serve a purpose

 

i would assume it would be best to include the new leaf in the band that surrounds the old ones.

 

Yep that's the plan. I'll just wrap the new leaf over the old leaf.

I should have bought these instead of the leaf springs from Phatmitzu.
